Shipping Policy


Our goal is to offer you the best shopping experience possible. One way we achieve that is by providing you with FREE tracked postage, anywhere in Australia. 

We send all our safes with an Australia Post tracking number at no cost.

We secure your product in bubble wrap, within a hard mailing tube. We want to make sure your safe arrives without damage and doesn't get lost in the mail. This postal assurance is provided to you for FREE. Our safes arrive discreetly in plain white packaging with just a shipping label attached. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time:

Processing involves order & payment verification, quality assurance checks, packaging and post.

All orders are usually sent from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Note: Afterpay orders & credit card orders made outside of PayPal may take a few business days to clear. 

Express post is available, please note normal processing times still apply, 'express' relates to postage time only.

When you select "Made to Order" safes that are out of stock, they can take extra time to leave the warehouse. This is due to us manufacturing your order for you from scratch. We will get to work as soon as your order comes in so we can get it out to you ASAP.

• Shipping time:

After leaving the warehouse, safes usually take between 1 - 7 days to arrive at their destination.

We will email you once your order is on the way with a tracking number. If you have provided an email address and mobile number, you should receive tracking updates also.

Our shipping provider is Australia Post. We cannot be held accountable for Australia Post delivery delays
